The Man in Pink

 2Men nowadays are confident in wearing pink coloured outfit but did you know that in the early times, pink are actually associated with men being masculine as it is a diminutive of red and thought to be a warlike color.

The change happened late 19th Century, when some parents favoured that pink are for the baby girls while blue for the baby boys. According to Valerie Steele, a fashion scholar, It was the French who exerted an influence on gender coding. and from then on the gender color coding has been shifted. Well I’m glad that men now are bringing it back, slowly accepting it in their systems.  1
